Texans for Lawsuit Reform PAC is the most active PAC in Texas state Republican politics. TLRPAC works to elect Texas leaders and lawmakers who understand the importance of protecting the Texas Miracle by shutting down abusive lawsuits and electing principled conservatives to serve our state as legislators and judges.
Today, no other organization does more to elect conservative candidates up and down the ballot in Texas—from the Capitol to the courthouse.
Ryan Dumais joined Texans for Lawsuit Reform (TLR) and Weekley Properties in March 2020 and serves as the Chief of Staff to Dick Weekley, the founder of Weekley Properties, co-founder and Senior Chairman of Texans for Lawsuit Reform, and co-founder of David Weekley Homes – the largest privately-owned home building company in the country with annual revenues over $3 billion. Ryan focuses on leading political initiatives throughout Texas to promote pro-business policies and conservative principles.
Prior to working with Dick Weekley, Ryan was a political fundraising consultant in Dallas, where he raised money for policy groups, political action committees, and prominent federal, state, and municipal candidates. Most notably, Ryan consulted for President Donald Trump, Charles Koch/StandTogether, Texans for Lawsuit Reform, Senator Lindsey Graham, and Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson.
